    1. We shall protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    2. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time basis changes in business, legal and regulatory requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to this Privacy Policy to you; however, your continuous usage of the App shall be deemed acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policy.   4. Personal information we collect:

Personal information is information that can be used to identify you and may include details such as your name, age, gender, contact information, products and services you are interested in or require more information about. Insofar as sensitive personal information is concerned, it will have the meaning specified under applicable laws from time to time.
    2. The following is the manner in which we collect, use, share and retain personal information:

Collection: You agree that the Club may collect your personal information, whenever relevant, to help provide you with information, complete any transaction or provide any services you have requested or authorized. You also consent to the collection of certain personal information in the course of applying / requesting for services.

Usage: The Club seeks this information with your consent to (i) respond to your queries regarding the Club’s programs; (ii) sign you up as a user of the App; (iii) verify your documents and the details submitted by you for the admission process; (iv) provide you with access to various services including newsletter subscriptions and information sought through the ‘Contact Us’ form; (v) provide you access to the admission portal, application form, payment gateway and document upload repository to complete the admission process; (vi) provide you access to the student and academic management platform and financial transactions platform; (vii) validate and process your request for the services of the App or information; (viii) improve the quality of the Portal; (ix) assist you to determine which services best meet your needs; (x) facilitate our internal business operations, including the fulfilment of any legal and regulatory requirements; (xi) provide you with recommendations about the services you may be interested in basis your use of the Portal; and (xii) provide you with marketing communications and advertising that may be of interest to you basis your use of the Portal.
      3. Sharing
        1. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates when necessary to perform services on our behalf or on your behalf, including displaying advertising and promotional services, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments and providing customer services.
        2. Once the purpose is achieved, all personal information shall be deleted in a safe and secure mode. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club may retain all academic and other relevant non-academic records and information that are required or deemed necessary to be retained for fulfilment of the Club’s academic, research and administrative functions.
  5. Non-Personal Information:
    1. Non-personal information is any data that does not personally identify you and may include unique system or hardware identifiers, system or application software data, and peripheral-related data.
    2. Any non-personal information, when clubbed with personal information, shall be treated as personal information
    3. 5.3. The following is the manner in which we collect, use, share and retain non-personal information:
      1. Collection: You agree that the App may collect diagnostic, technical or usage related information for the purposes described below
      2. Usage: Non-personal information is gathered periodically to provide and improve the App and services therein, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) and verify compliance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
      3. Sharing: The Club may also provide its third party partners with a subset of diagnostic information that is relevant to that partner’s software, hardware and/or services, as long as the diagnostic information is in a form that does not personally identify you.
      4. Retention: The information so collected shall be retained only for the limited duration necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined herein unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law and only for the purposes defined above. Once the purpose is achieved, all information will be deleted in a safe and secure mode. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club may retain all non-personal information that is required or deemed necessary for fulfilment of the Club’s academic, research and administrative functions.

    1. Information collected by cookies and other technologies are treated as non-personal information. However, to the extent that IP addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information under applicable law, the Club will treat any information linked to such identifiers as personal information.
  7. Other Information collected through the Portal:
    1. The Club may also collect other information about you through the App in ways described on the App or otherwise with your consent. You can choose not to provide the Club with certain types of information, but doing so may affect your ability to avail and/or use certain services.
    2. By clicking the “I Accept” button or by using the Portal, you permit the enabling of certain functions of the device to find the location of your device.
    3. The features of the App may allow you to post content such as profile information, comments, and other content and/or information (“User Content”). The ownership of User Content created by you remains with you; however, by sharing User Content through the Portal, you agree to allow others to view and/or share your User Content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  8. Access, Correction and Deletion of Information:
    1. The Club strives hard to keep its records pertaining to you updated and accurate. However, you shall be responsible to ensure that the information or data you provide from time to time is and continues to be correct and up-to-date and that you have all the rights and permissions to provide such information or data.
    2. Deletion of certain information or withdrawal of consent may lead to cancellation of your access to the App or certain features and services thereof. Additionally, we may not be able to process your request to correct, update or delete any information in case (i) the same is not supported by requisite valid documents; (ii) retention of such information is required under applicable law or law enforcement requests or under any judicial proceedings; (iii) it is impractical to implement (e.g. request relates to back-up copies or if a new system is required to process the request) or (iv) such action risks the privacy of other users of the Portal.
